Lacto-Fermented Sauerkraut Salad
We ferment extra jars of 'Sue's Lacto-Fermented Sauerkraut' during the growing season. The combination of cabbage fermented with carrots and onions makes this salad quick, delicious and colorful!
1 Quart jar of 'Sue's Lacto-Fermented Sauerkraut, slightly drained
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
