Instant Pot Shrimp With Pasta And Vegetables

4 cups Instant Pot Shrimp Broth

16 ounce package spaghetti noodles, broken in half

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

3 cups frozen broccoli, thawed and drained

2 cups frozen diced carrots, thawed and drained

1 cup frozen diced red peppers, thawed and drained

2 lbs. large (31-40 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined

Combine broth, spaghetti noodles, garlic, butter, salt and Old Bay seasoning in the Instant Pot Liner. Place liner in the Instant Pot and lock lid. Program for 4 minutes on manual/high pressure. Perform a controlled quick release. Stir in broccoli, carrots, peppers and shrimp. Stir until shrimp is cooked and vegetables are hot using saute function if necessary.
