Blue Cheese Dressing
This recipe uses yogurt to provide the probiotics necessary to support gut health and it's filled with flavor! It takes only a small amount to dress a salad. It also makes a wonderful dip!
1 cup plain whole milk organic yogurt
1/3 cup real mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 ounce package blue cheese crumbles
In a mixing bowl whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, dry mustard, garlic powder, black pepper and sea salt. Stir in blue cheese crumbles. Store in refrigerator.
